Who we are
FORJ Creative is an Australian business based in Melbourne, Victoria. In these terms, "FORJ", "we", "us" and "our" mean FORJ Creative.
We provide Interior Design services (commercial and residential interior design, test fits and feasibility, and furniture and FF&E) and Digital services (ecommerce, websites, SEO, paid media and content).
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use it in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or the systems connected to it
- introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else that could harm the website or its visitors
- send spam, automated or misleading enquiries through our contact form
- copy or scrape the website's content in bulk, including to train or build datasets for software or AI models, without our written permission
Website content is general information
Our pages and Insights articles are general information. They are not advice for your particular project or business, and they are not legal, financial, building, compliance or other professional advice. Get advice for your circumstances before you act on anything you read here.
We work to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete, up to date or free from errors. Where an article cites a law, standard, statistic or platform feature, check the original source, because these change.
Design and project material
Plans, drawings, renders, concept images and photographs on this website show our work or our design intent. They are indicative only. They are not construction drawings, certified documentation or specifications, and they must not be used to build, fabricate, price or obtain approvals.
FORJ provides interior design and design-intent documentation. We do not build, certify works or provide engineering or other specialist consultant services. Where a project needs a builder, engineer, building surveyor or other specialist, the client engages them directly.
Some projects shown were delivered by our directors in previous roles. These are labelled as such and credited where we can.
Results and examples
Case studies and examples describe what happened on a particular project, with that client's budget, timing, market and decisions. They are not a promise that you will get the same result. We do not guarantee outcomes such as sales, revenue, leads, rankings, return on ad spend, approvals or programme dates unless we expressly agree to it in a signed written agreement.
Enquiries and engagements
Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement for us to provide services, and nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on particular terms. Any work we do is governed by a written proposal, statement of work or agreement accepted by both parties. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document applies to the work.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or licence the content of this website, including text, photographs, drawings, renders, graphics, layouts and the FORJ name and marks. You may view it, and share links to it, for your own reference. You must not copy, republish, modify or use it commercially without our written permission.
Client names, logos and brands shown in our work belong to their owners and appear with permission or to accurately describe a project. Their appearance does not mean the owner endorses this website.
Links and third-party services
This website links to other websites and uses third-party services such as Wix, Google and Vercel. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement unless we say so.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this website, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content or on any linked website.

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
