Test fits and feasibility
Start with a test fit, a planning exercise, a concept stage or a full Interior Design scope, depending on where the project is up to.
Sam leads the design work and stays involved as the project moves from planning into documentation and builder queries.
Much of Sam's commercial experience was inside a design-and-build business, so he is used to seeing where drawings, pricing and site decisions can come unstuck.
FORJ can introduce builders from its network or work with your preferred builder. The network is an option, not a condition.
Plan the home before filling it.
FORJ works on renovations, apartments, kitchens and bathrooms, and multi-room interiors in Melbourne. The scope can cover a few connected rooms or the full interior, depending on what you are changing.
If you already have a builder, FORJ can work with them. If you need one, we can introduce builders from our network based on the project, location and budget.
We are a better fit for substantial renovations, apartments and multi-room furnishing projects than one-off styling or small selections.

We work with established businesses across ecommerce, websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO. When those channels affect each other, we look at the store or site, the offer, the creative and the traffic together instead of treating each account as a separate problem.
