Result

Within 4 weeks, the online store matched what it had previously done in a full year.

Over the first 6 months, the D2C channel generated over multiple seven figures across Shopify and Amazon AU and US.

It became a channel the business can scale with confidence.

The situation
BlueAnt moved into direct-to-consumer sales right before Black Friday. FORJ treated Black Friday as the launch of the D2C channel and rebuilt the paid media account around it.

How we work

  1. We work in the store as well as the ad account. For ecommerce clients the problem is not always the media. We also work on product pages, collections, the offer and checkout.
  2. We stay involved after launch.Much of our work continues as ongoing optimisation, so the people who set it up keep looking after it.
  3. We show the numbers behind the recommendation. Results are reported with the period they cover, and client names are only used with approval.

Before we start

We check that tracking works, the budget is realistic and we have access to change the things affecting performance.

  1. A clear goalRevenue, enquiries or a launch. Something the work can be measured against.
  2. Tracking that worksIf results can't be measured, that is fixed before budget is spent.
  3. A realistic budgetEnough spend and time for the results to show whether the work is succeeding.
  4. A suitable platformOne that can do what the business needs, or a plan to change it.
  5. Room to change what customers seeAccess to the store, site, offer or creative, not only the ad account.

Questions clients ask

Can we engage FORJ for Digital only?

Yes. Digital work can be engaged on its own, without any Interior Design. If a business later needs both, the same FORJ team already knows it.

Can you work alongside our in-house team or another agency?

Yes. FORJ can take on a defined part of the work, such as paid media or the store, and work alongside external specialists where the business already has them.

Which platforms do you work in?

Shopify, Webflow, WordPress and Wix Studio for websites and stores; Google Ads and Meta Ads for paid media, with marketplace advertising such as Amazon if you sell there; Search Console and GA4 for measurement.

Do you publish prices?

No. Scope depends on the platform, the channels and how much ongoing support is needed. A review of the current setup is usually the first step.

Tell us about the business
