Blue Gum ranks first on Google for its own name and for "montessori school south of the river", and fourth for "montessori school perth" (October 2026).
When parents ask AI tools about Montessori schools in Perth, Blue Gum is the school they name most often, ahead of every other Montessori school we track (October 2026).
What changed.
Blue Gum Montessori is an independent Montessori school in Bibra Lake, south of the river in Perth, with a playgroup and early years programme leading into the primary years.
FORJ has looked after the school's search for the past year. That covers the articles parents read while they weigh up Montessori against other schools, a page for each programme, and the technical work that makes sure Google shows the right page. In October, the school's old Perth page was folded into the homepage so the two stopped competing for the same searches.
FORJ also tracks how often AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google's AI answers recommend the school when parents ask about Montessori in Perth, and which directories they rely on, so the school's listings can be kept accurate.
FORJ is now designing and building the school's new website.
