The work
My Divine Home sells new and vintage homewares and furniture from its store in Busselton, Western Australia, and online.
Much of the range couldn't be sold online properly. Products came through from the store's point-of-sale system without shipping information, so postage didn't reflect what was being sent, and larger pieces could only be collected from the shop.
FORJ fixed the logistics behind the store: every product now carries a shipping size, and delivery is priced by size and region, so more of the range can be bought and delivered online. FORJ also runs the marketing that brings customers to it.
